Vertical air filtration systems

Vertical air filters, whether mechanical or electrostatic, extract the polluted process air at the bottom of the housing. The polluted air then passes through the filter unit in the filter and is blown out at the top of the housing. The air to be cleaned flows vertically through the filtration system.

For the safety-related monitiorin of the air flow, e.g. If there is a danger of explosion.
Flow rate monitoring
To monitor the minimum required volume flow rate for the machine extraction.
Flow control
For automatic regulation of the volume flow with variable resistance in the air system, two operating points (switchable via external signal).
Operating point switching
For switching between different machine states to drive different suction capacities.
Connection for IT or TT systems
Integration of various transformers for networks without neutral conductors. Versions with different voltages possible, standard 400 V.
Connection plug
Directly at the filter system, for connecting power and signal exchange directly via the desired connector.
On/Off or main switch
Incorporated into the control cabinet, for manual shutdown of the system directly on the device.
External speed controller
Accessible from the outside on the control cabinet or via cable-wired remote control.
Regulation of the shut-off delay
After the switch-off signal has been activated, the filter continues to run for a certain period of time in order to fully extract all the emissions in the workroom.
