As a company in competition with other service providers, as providers of this website we are subject to the provisions of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), and, in particular to the data protection provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We would like to inform you fully of the extent to which we collect your personal data when visiting our website and how we use it. Unless otherwise described in the following sections, the legal basis for processing your personal data corresponds to the need to provide the functionality requested by you on this website (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Using data to send newsletters

If you want to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we will need an email address from you. To confirm the newsletter offer you will receive a message from us on the email address given by you, it will have a confirmation link to confirm that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further details like your name is not necessarily recorded and it is always given by you voluntarily. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested newsletter via the platform (www.cleverreach.com<http://www.cleverreach.com>), where we pass on your address and, if voluntarily given, your first and last name for storage on the server there for dispatch purposes.

You can revoke the consent given by you for saving your data and for using the email address to send the newsletters at any time with effect for the future, using the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter itself or with a message via email or post.

Data privacy statement for using Google Analytics and Google Maps

Our website uses functions for evaluating your visiting behaviour on our web pages with the help of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Interactions of visitors of our website are primarily recorded in Google Analytics with the help of First party cookies. These Cookies are used to save non-personal information. First party cookies are not made accessible in Browsers across domains.

To protect the personal information generated in the web analysis, we have signed an agreement with Google Ireland Ltd. for processing order data. Thus, we fulfil the data protection requirements of BDSG in using Google Analytics and implement the requirements fully.

For using Google Analytics, we use the function “Activation of IP-anonymization”. In this way your IP address is shortened to the last before transferring it to Google. For user-IP addresses of the type IPv4 the last octet and for IPv6-addresses the last 80 Bits are set to zero, before they are sent to be recorded to Analytics data collection network. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website and to compile reports about the website activities and to provide other services to us which are connected with the website and internet usage. The IP address transferred from your browser in the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

On our website, we have integrated Google Maps API, an interactive map service by Google Inc., to use a city map function. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be sent to a Google server in the USA and it can be saved there. Google shall transfer information collected through Google Maps to third parties if required, provided that it is legally permitted or required or provided that third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Privacy policy for using Google reCAPTCHA

We use the Google service reCaptcha to determine whether a person or a computer makes a specific entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google uses the following information to determine if you are a human being or a computer: IP address of the device you are using, the website you are visiting and on which the captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks for which you must identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f Basic Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our part in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated input (attacks).

Data privacy statement for using XING

Our website uses functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Each time one of our pages is called up which has functions of XING, a connection to servers of XING is established. To our knowledge, personal data is not saved. Especially, IP addresses are not saved or the usage behaviour is not evaluated.

Data privacy statement for using YouTube

Our website uses Plugins from YouTube which is operated by Google. Operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our web pages which has a YouTube-Plugin, a connection is established to the servers of YouTube. Thus the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged-in to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

SSL-encryption

This web page uses an SSL-encryption for reasons of IT-security and for protecting transfer of confidential information, e.g. the enquiries sent by you using a contact form. Information, deletion, blocking

Usage of contact data, published in the framework of the imprint obligations, for sending advertisements and information that are not expressly requested, is hereby rejected. Objection to receiving advertising e-mails

The use of contact data as published in the context of the imprint obligations for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby disallowed. As the operator of this website, we expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
