In order for your filter systems to work properly, they must be cleaned regularly. Cleaning by indusa is the easiest solution for you and cleaning by us always includes a visual inspection of the plant. The following components of the filter system must be cleaned at regular intervals:
The cleaning can be carried out in three different ways:
1. cleaning on site at the customer
The cleaning includes the following services in addition to the removal and installation of the inserts:
For electrostatic filter systems
For mechanical filter systems
New filter inserts are not included in the scope of cleaning and must be ordered separately in advance of cleaning. Disposal must be carried out by the customer.
The cleaning carried out is documented in the cleaning protocol. The cleaning does not include maintenance of the system, but only a visual inspection. Small repairs (e.g. replacement of spray electrode) can be carried out directly.
2. cleaning with on-site exchange
In an on-site replacement, the soiled inserts are exchanged for inserts from the indusa exchange stock (electrostatic filter systems) or for new filter elements (mechanical filter systems). The exchange inserts correspond in type and type to the exchanged inserts.
Cleaning with on-site replacement includes the following services:
The cleaning carried out is documented in the cleaning protocol. The cleaning does not include maintenance of the system, but only a visual inspection. Small repairs (e.g. replacing insulators) can be ordered directly.
3. cleaning in the indusa i-center
When cleaning in the indusa i-center, the filter inserts are sent in an indusa transport box on a pallet by the customer and cleaned in a cleaning plant. After cleaning, defective ionizers, collectors or knitted filters will be repaired against separate invoice.
Cleaning at the indusa i-center includes the following services:
The dispatch of the soiled inserts in the transport box, on pallets is carried out by the customer at his own expense.
